These features are Free when used with the Scanlily's QR labels sold on Amazon and Walmart online.


Attach limitless field entries, images and documents to your items.  Make items Public to allow scanning without the app.


Organize and find items by Address, Category and Location.  You can even find items by GPS on a map.


Put QRs on bins or containers that include other items.  Use this to organize inventory.  Or use this to create and loan out equipment kits.


Add a reminder date and time to an item.  Then get an email or app notification later.  Never again forget a maintenance or warranty date.

You can scan existing UPC barcodes to pull up product information, image and prices and then instantly populate this information into Scanlily.

Download our fully-featured, free app from the Apple App Store and Google Play.  Then buy our QR Codes on Amazon or Walmart.  Never pay monthly with our fully-featured free app. If you want to evaluate Scanlily before buying labels, then try our test labels which expire after two weeks. 

Powerful Web Features 

If you need reporting, and other powerful features, then login to the account website with the userid you created on the app.  These web-based features are in Beta and will be released soon for a monthly subscription.  We plan to launch in November, 2023.
