Return Policy for Scanlily QR Stickers
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Scanlily QR sticker purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- Original condition: Sticker packets may be opened for inspection, but individual stickers must remain attached and unscanned
- Not scanned: QR codes that have been scanned are registered to user accounts and cannot be returned
- Not removed: Stickers that have been peeled from their backing or applied to items cannot be returned
- Original packaging: All original packaging materials must be included
- Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt
Exception: Defective stickers may be returned even if the package has been opened or individual stickers have been tested. See "Defective Products" section below.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of QR code products, the following items cannot be returned:

- Stickers that have been scanned (scanning registers them to your account, rendering them unusable for resale)
- Individual stickers that have been removed from their backing
- Applied or used stickers
- Stickers showing signs of damage not caused by manufacturing defect
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Contact our customer service team at info@scanlily.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging
Return Shipping

- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged in transit: Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement at no cost.
Refund Process

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:

- Contact us at info@scanlily.com within 30 days
- Provide photos of the defect if possible
- We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Scanlily. For purchases made through Amazon, Walmart, or other retailers, please refer to the respective retailer's return policy.
