Every plan includes a set number of items: 500 on Free and Pro, 2,000 on Ultra, and 5,000 on Premium. Items with purchased Scanlily QR labels never count toward the limit on any plan, and Ultra and Premium can add capacity at any time. Best for personal use and trying Scanlily
The Free plan costs nothing, includes one user license, and is a good starting point for organizing your home. Snap a photo and AI names and describes the item. Group items into containers and categories, set reminders, and view everything in the web spreadsheet or export it as CSV. Share any item by link or QR code, and the viewer needs no app.
Scanlily Pro
Best for homes, collectors, and solo professionals
Pro is $9 USD per month and adds the tools for larger and more detailed inventories, with two user licenses. Film a room and AI turns the video into an inventory, values your items from photos and video, and fills in product details from UPC and EAN barcodes. You also get unlimited custom fields, printable QR and barcode labels, low stock alerts and reports, a location hierarchy down to the shelf, item history, and a GPS map.
Scanlily Ultra
Best for small teams that lend, move, and track equipment
Ultra is $35 USD per month with five user licenses and a 14-day free trial. It adds equipment booking (checkouts, reservations, and pickups), numerous reports, role-based user permissions, and multiple sites and locations with stock transfers between them. Data import and full export with images are included. Scanlily Premium
Best for companies and client-service professionals
Premium is $75 USD per month with unlimited user licenses and a 14-day free trial. It adds customer accounts and managed client inventories, inventory sharing from your own website, and customizable role permissions. If-this-then-that triggers, item archiving, the developer API, and priority support complete the plan.
